Not at all. Flexibility is not a requirement, it’s something that naturally develops over time. At Heal Me Yoga, we meet you where you are and guide you at your pace.

Therapeutic yoga is focused on healing, regulation, and restoration rather than performance. Our approach blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and physical recovery.

Yes. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, our classes are designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible for all levels.

Yoga can be a powerful tool for managing stress and calming the nervous system. Through breath, movement, and stillness, many students experience more grounding, clarity, and emotional balance.

We encourage you to let your instructor know before class. Therapeutic yoga can often be adapted to support injuries and chronic pain, but we always recommend listening to your body and consulting your healthcare provider when needed.

Just bring yourself and an open mind. We provide mats, props, bolsters, and everything you need in-house to support your practice. If you prefer using your own mat or props, you’re always welcome to bring them.
